CLEANROOM DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
CLEANROOM DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTIONThe design and construction of cleanrooms and contamination controlled facilities requires an experienced, dedicated, talented team capable of working in a collaborative manner in order to succeed. Cleanrooms are often the most complex and costly element of the design for manufacturing facility and proper attention to all elements including, process flow, comfort, safety, and egress of people shall be given from the start. For example, clean materials and contaminated rejects shall not be stored in the same location, people safety egress and toxic chemicals delivery systems shall not cross each other, pressurized toxic liquid piping shall not be installed directly over the heads of facility workers or inside of the safety exits.
