MIXED-SIGNAL TESTERMixed-signal (MXSL) devices are the class of devices that have a good amount of digital logic built into them along with analog functions. Best examples are DAC/ADC converters, phase lock loop (PLL) circuits, and digital filters. MXSL devices can be quite complex and the MXSL testers are classified by application because each application is a unique test problem.
