ARTICLE 692. FUEL CELL SYSTEMS
ARTICLE 692. FUEL CELL SYSTEMS692.1 Scope. This article covers fuel cell systems, which have much in common with solar photovoltaic systems, and as a result many of the article provisions directly correlate. Fuel cells, like PV sources, are inherently dc sources with a finite current output. They also are used in conjunction with energy storage systems and with utility interaction.692.4. Installation. Part (B) reiterates 230.2(E), but not as well, since it lacks a requirement for reciprocity. The systems are required to be installed by qualified persons only.692.6.
