ARTICLE 545. MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS545.1. Scope. This article covers prefabricated buildings delivered to a permanent foundation on flatbed trucks and put in place with a crane. They have no chassis framing and no running gear and therefore no capability to be towed. In this way they differ fundamentally from "Manufactured Homes" as covered in Art. 550.545.4.
