ARTICLE 384. STRUT-TYPE CHANNEL RACEWAY384.1. Scope. This article covers the installation and use of channel raceways. It provides requirements for the channel manufacturer as well as for the designer and installer. As given in 384.2, such raceways must be resistant to moisture or protected against corrosion. The next sentence specifically recognizes galvanized steel, stainless steel, and enameled or PVC-coated aluminum and steel as satisfying this requirement for moisture and corrosion resistance.384.10.
