Scope.‚ÄÉThis rule makes clear that Art. 314 regulates use of conduit bodies when they are used for splicing, tapping, or pulling conductors. And this article does refer specifically to conduit bodies, to more effectively distinguish rules covering boxes, conduit bodies, and fittings. The rules of Art. 314 must be evaluated in accordance with the definitions given in Art. 100 for "conduit body" and "fitting."
