Risk Assessment and ResponseAn often overlooked but extremely useful and much needed tool to minimize the chances to fail, Risk Assessment and Response (RAR) is a process that must absolutely be performed for every project. Too many projects have been lost because of risks that were not considered at the beginning of the development and, when manifest, they were not coped with. Risk comes from the absence of full knowledge on the many factors correlated with the outcome of the project, and causes an undesirable outcome to all or part of the project.
