Gantt Charts A Gantt chart is a bar chart that is often used to track the scheduling of activities in a project. It can also be used to track budget, resources, and equipment usage. A Gantt chart, when updated regularly, can give an accurate snapshot of the status (percent completion) of activities, as well as incurred expenditures and equipment allocations.
