1010500 Quality of ServiceTo many, quality of service (QoS) is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, issue facing VoIP and carrier-grade VoIP in particular. QoS, or the lack thereof, is one reason why many of the VoIP solutions on the market today that provide voice over the Internet are free services. The philosophy behind such offerings is that customers can hardly complain about poor quality when they are being provided with a free service.
